Before you enroll
Take the time to confirm that the course is right for you.
Check that you meet the entry requirements, that the course format suits your schedule, and that you understand what the course involves. If you have questions, contact the training centre or us directly before booking.
Payment
All final payment arrangements are made directly with the training centre you are booking with.
Payment conditions, installment options, and any deposits required will be communicated by the training centre after your application is accepted.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions vary by training centre and are set individually by them.
Check these conditions carefully before you confirm your place. If you withdraw after enrolment, you may not receive a full refund.
Some centres may cancel a course if minimum enrolment numbers aren’t reached. If this happens, you will receive a full refund of the course fees paid. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
We recommend confirming your course is running before booking travel or accommodation.
